How it worksUndeclared Class 7 cargo is a liability under IAEA SSR-6, the IMDG Code and SOLAS. Inline screening during the lift closes that gap without changing how the terminal works.

Together with Radensys, Belgoprocess developed an innovative installation for the radiological characterization of sand. After extensive measurements and checks, the first batches were officially cleared for release: the start of a much larger programme in which the installation will process 4,500 tonnes of sand in the coming months, with every grain checked for radioactive contamination.
